‘Eat My Shorts’ Team Up With IFI To Select Short Documentary Submissions

ifi stranger than fiction call for submissionsEat My Shorts need all of you film makers to submit your short documentary films, of 15 minutes or under, so they can select the best short docs for the ‘Stranger Than Fiction’ documentary festival that will be running in the IFI from September 26th-29th.

What you need to do to submit your films is:

Send two non-returnable DVDs of your film to IFI STRANGER THAN FICTION, Irish Film Institute, 6 Eustace St, Temple Bar, Dublin 2.

Include in your package an A4 sheet with the film title, running time, credits (producer, director), a synopsis of the film of less than 300 words. Please also email these details to strangethanfiction@irishfilm.ie along with three high-resolution images from the film.

Alternatively, short documentaries only can be entered by sending a link to strangerthanfiction@irishfilm.ie  along with the details mentioned above.

Film makers should also note that:

For short documentaries, no premiere status is required but preference will be given to shorts that are Dublin premieres so please indicate in your submission. Films that have been broadcast on Irish television or on a channel available to Irish television audiences should not be entered and will not be considered. There is no entry fee.

The deadline is 6pm, June 14th,2013.
